Enjoy a Taste Of Life in the 1900s

How about taking a little trip back in time, back to the 1900s when homes were built with love, care and true craftsmanship. From November 11 - 13, 2016 you can head over to Pasadena and hop from house to house to experience some of the best West Coast examples of what is known as the Craftsman Movement. The movement traces its roots back to England and celebrates architectural style, ceramics, art and other features of the home created by skilled craftsmen.

Pasadena Heritage does a wonderful job of preserving Pasadena’s architectural and cultural history. It’s important because once it’s gone, it’s gone.  This year, their Annual Craftsman Weekend will mark a quarter of a century of honoring the Craftsman Movement.  There are house tours, bus tours and walking tours. There is a Show and Sale with over 50 antique and contemporary furniture exhibitors, as well as a silent auction, presentations and workshops.

There are also some FREE events taking place the same weekend.
